I am starting this blog to help keep me working consistently on my designing and construction but also to work on the company I one day hope to start! This blog will be the start, the start of the documentation of the progression of an Apparel Design major.
To start off I'll post one of my doodle/sketches that I did just today.
As you can see it is a REALLY ruff sketch! I drew it in about ... 3mins...colored in about 2mins... so about 5mins total. Tomorrow after work I'll probably try to do a proper drawing of this design.
I'm going to try and create a new design (even if it is just an ugly ruff sketch) every day! And I want to work on pattern making... So I'm going to try and create and pattern and sloper for one of the designs every two weeks. With work I doubt I'll be able to make a pattern and sloper very quickly. But that wont stop me from trying! Wish me luck!
Well, I have work in the AM so this is it for my first official blog entry...sorry its bit of a lame one.
